I use both a two stage and a single stage and haven not noticed any
uneven "growth" or enlargement as I pump. First, I use a two stage
tube to fluff up my balls and cock. I like to leave my balls hanging
low and heavy, so once I get them to the size I want, I then switch to the single
stage to continue working on my cock.
Truly, I believe the proper technique of only moderate pressure, pumping
with good lube (I use Albolene) and hot water IN the tube, (or better yet, pump in a hot bath),
breaks every 25-30 minutes and a good moisturizer while on break and "milking" or massaging the
cock while on break, prevents uneven growth. I am intact (thankfully) and have my full foreskin and
I do NOT get the donut effect either. The tip of the foreskin does get thicker, but it is totally in
proportion of the growth of the rest of my penis.
