Mostly pumping stuff is discussed in the General Forum but since you asked.. I pump for about an hour every day. It is important to keep the vacuum low. I would recommend no more than .7 in Hg although I like to limit to 0.5 in Hg. Use plenty of good lube - the choice is personal, vaseline, alboline - (I like cold cream) etc etc. It is also a good idea to use a heating pad around the tube - it helps to promote blood flow. I use a Champ microwaveable heating pad. Massage your dick with a 2 handed milking before starting to promote blood flow. Also remove the pump every 10 -20 mins to massage in new blood. Do it if you start to look purple. It depends on the vacuum you use. Long term your skin will darken somewhat and some foreskin growth will occur, you should however experience permanent gains in length and girth. There are generally some good length gains to be achieved in the first 3-4 months. Keep the vacuum within limits or you will risk temporary, painful blisters on the end of your dick and/or permanent vein damage. Happy pumping
