Seems like there was some sort of rubber sheath that gave some suction. I thought the idea of spring grippers to hold the cock was smart, but it didn't fit me (small) at all well; also, the up and down stroke length was only about maybe two inches and the device can't accomodate a cock over, probably 8 inches or very thick.
