Tugboy, I have been pumping only since about June, I am cut about 6.5 unpumped. I have found a definite increase in "foreskin". Particularly in the flaccid state. When erect at 7 or so pumped there is still the beginning of additional skin. So I am looking forward to what will develope in the near future
