Want to grow chest hair and beard !! hints ??

any idea how to help body and facial hair grow ?

I'm 35,with a thin patchy beard and my chest is as hairy as a boiled egg.
Can anyone help ?

what's better as a furry chest, a thick stache with a big pumped dick ?
