Pump doesen't Suck

I have been pumping for over 3 years. About 5 month ago i bought an electric pump from vachu-tech and love wearing my tube now more than ever. Unfortunatly my roomate found it and tried it... now I can't get any suction. The control does notheing. Any ideas would be appreciated. I miss my electric pump!!!
