Try strapping your balls off fairly tight. This will keep them out of the tube, but may create problems in sealing.
You also might try using a gasket made out of foam rubber -- piece of an old wetsuit, mousepad or something like that. Put a hole in it just big enough for your cock -- it will get sucked into the tube instead of your sac.
