I have used the STJ with amazing sucess !
I'm able to get a good pump on both my cock and balls ...using warm water in the jar allows for greater expasion with faster and bigger results ..
Use plenty of lube and low pressure ...i go with 30 min sessions ...5 min apart ...and 4 or 6 or 8 sessions ...depends on how much time i have .
Be careful .....you can get so big you can't get your basket in your pants !! This has happened to e more than once ...but i get nice stares !!!!
