A rubber gasket will help some, as SperMaster points out. But the best way to keep the ballsack out is to get your cock pumped up good and thick before going into the 2.5 inch tube. I find I need three tubes now, 2, 2.25 and 2.5. Provided I pack each one, I have no problem with sack getting pulled into the next one.
