Been waiting for your review since I was following the various CTC threads. Thanks very much for all the info. Been holding off on getting one.
One question, however. I, too, have a Kaplan system with the hand-trigger pump (the one with the pressure gauge on top). I've gotten used to the gauge letting me know how much pressure I'm using. I'm wondering if there's a way to hook up a "real" gauge to the CTC. Or are you saying that the "black screw" is a *readable* gauge? How will I know the pressure I'm using?
Finally.... I didn't quite fully understand how you connected the Kaplan and the CTC tubing. Could you explain it a bit more if you have time? I'd like the option of using my other Kaplan tubes on the system if at all possible.
