First, let me tell you who I am. I'm the individual who designed and developed the Magnum DT. The function of the Magnum DT is to attract blood to the penis as a passive therapy. When a person gets an erection blood is filling up structures in the penis called corpus cavernosum. The Magnum DT slowly attracts blood to the area which in turns increases the capacity of these chambers and also increases the function of the erection process to it's fullest capacity, this all done during nonsexual activity.
