You misread the post below ("...a woman's insides is about 4 inches deep..."). The post never stated that the vagina was in fact exactly 4 inches. Rather, it indicated that it was 'about' 4 inches. So according to your comment, "in its unaroused state, the vagina of the average woman is indeed between 2 and 5 inches long - most women are around three or four". So the person's statement was 'on target' so to speak :)
P.S. There is a difference between 'it is 4 inches' vs. 'it is about 4 inches'
