Hey bud! Pumping, like anything yields results with consistent effort - though I started with a tube that was too big, I've gained an honest half an inch in length and the same in girth even without consistently pumping. Be patient - start with modest vacuum and you'll do fine - too much too soon and you can set yourself back with hemhorages etc....pump only as it feels good and take a break every 15 minutes to allow fresh blood to circulate...as for the best pumps, well I've stayed with a brass hand pump and a good quality acrylic cylinder that fits well...have fun - rangerman
