I tried the innertube method.
It helped, but I still got a donut - but not as bad.
I was told using a smaller tube and less vaccum would help. I am currently using a apprx 2 1/4" tube which is too big.
I'm going to try a 1 3/4" tube while wearing the innertube over the donut area at lower vaccum - maybe 3" Hg or so and see how that works out.
The massaging sounds reasonable.. I will give that a try as well.
