I've heard a couple of guys talk about a "Turkey Neck" -
which I think is a little flap of skin from the scrotum
to somewhere around the midbase of the shaft...
Apparently this can be surgically removed so the balls
stay further back, and the cock looks bigger?
Anyone hear or know anything about this? Or have it
done?
