Whatever you do, DON'T use plaster. Plaster is a thermal-setting material and could burn your skin, especially when it's the important, delicate skin on your cock.
There is a company that specializes in producing a kit just for the purpose of casting body parts (hands, faces, etc.). They are called Lifecast, and most craft stores should have it, or be able to order it.
Check out artist's supply stores, too.
If that fails, you can try a product that dentists use to make molds of teeth. It's a variety of 'alginate' with different trade names. You should be able to find it at medical supply stores. Comes in different flavors, too!
There are several options out there. Please, DON'T use plaster of paris. It's not worth the end results of burns, captured hair, not to mention, there isn't a good way to get it off afterwards without using a cast saw, and I for one, don't want a metal blade cutting ANYTHING near my dick!
