i've been doing kegels now for about a month or so.. if not longer..
i try and do it 2-3 times a day (kegels that is)...
i hold for about a count of ten.. let go for a count of five.. and then repeat..
as often as i can in the car on the way to work and on the way home..
even sitting at my desk in the office..
does anyone know the best way to acheive this goal..
is just kegels enough?
should i try masturbating to the edge like all day and then let loose..
i know of at least one guy who can shoot just by normal masturbation..
i'm serious here....
any tricks or ideas would be appreciated...
