The best way that I have found is to use Ace bandage. Pump up alittle maybe five min or so. Take some 2 1/2 inch and wrap it around your penis not to tight but tight enough to keep in on.
Next start pumping. Use LOW pressure....Why? With your penis under more pressure from the bandage you must use less pressure.
Do this for about five to ten min take the pump off and the ace bandage and you will see a big head.
Next, put your penis is some warm water you can put warm water in your pump. Let it stay for three to five min.
Next, pull down on your penis and you should see that your gland will get bigger.
This is only what I do. I take no responsibility for any misuse of any kind.
Bottom line...Try it! Low pressure...time. This will not happen over night.
