That is what I used to make a home made pump. I have a little mini-vac with attachments for vacuuming walls, etc. I attached the tube from the gravel pump to the vaccuum cleaner wand with duct tape. Pumps my old pecker up pretty good. I have no idea how much vac it pulls but I don't usually leave my dick in the tube more than 20 or 30 minutes at a time. I have been pumping two or three times a week. So far no do-nuts, blisters or anything like that. I have gained some in the flaccid state - gone from about 5-1/4" to almost 6" and the circumference is bigger but my erections are still about the same - about 7-1/4 to 7-1/2". I am satisfied with that length and like the fatter looking cock.
