I'm 68 years old and still can get a good hard-on and fuck a couple of times a week but the cum just oozes out now. When I was in my 20's I could shoot halfway across the room; in my 30's still shot like the guy in the animated GIF; in the 40's I started loosing velocity and now in my 60's I'm just happy to be able to get a hard-on, and shoot off even if it doesn't have any velocity. There is no training. It is all a matter of your body makeup. I never had precum but always shot a really big load. Some guys have loads of precum and don't shoot a big wad. I don't think any training will help you.
