I reccomend putting the pump in the check in luggage then there is a better chance that you won't have to explain to a customs agent what the hell a penis pump is However if you have long hair BEWARE I was forced to empty my suitcase for a customs agent after returning from out of the country because I fit the profile of a drug smuggler they found my electric pump and vaccum tube and asked me what it is I told them the truth that it was a sexual enhancing device They were more embarrassed than me so if you want to take the pump with you go for it fuck everyone else it is not illegal or immoral don't be ashamed of using a vaccum pump!
