Make sure you use plenty of lube or your skin will stick to tube in places that get a little dry. My sac used to get sucked in my 2" tube because the tube was too big for me when I first started pumping. I solved the problem by making sure after I lubed and re-lubed that I dried the area of skin that was going in the tube with a paper towel. The 2" tube was too large for me then but not now! In other words the areas that are dry will not slide against the tube. This may not solve your problem but it might. Perhaps the head area is sticking to the tube
