I didn't say more than is recommended or too much.

I obviously meant for him to do some research on the subject. I have used nearly herb commonly available without a single problem.

I don't know of one single proven instance of anyone in the USA dying from herbs or vitamins. On the other hand thousands have died from common medical drugs used by thousands every day. The natural way is best.
