You really need to read all the previous posts here. Then ask questions if you don't have the answers. There's a lot of good info already here.
As far as tube size, you will need to take length and girth measurements to know what size you need. The place you buy from will be able to help you.
Also, you can get lots of excellent info on the IRC chat, Undernet #gayvacpump. I hang out there with some great guys who have lots of info for you.
I've been pumping 5 mos and I'm convinced it is permanent. Don't listen to the doubters or you'll lose out like them.
