Yes it does.
What is really great is if you use pumping as part of your foreplay. There are a lot of things you can do together while he has his pump on.
If he does not use a condom he must use a lubricant that will not be a problem for you.
His enlarged organ makes for a great tool for you to practice your kegel exercises - great fun.
If he uses his pump regularly and you have sex regularly the gains will stay AND increase.
