I don't know who the so-called "UPS guy" was but
ignore him.. I for one work at UPS so I can tell you.
Any items sent via UPS will be sent to the HUB or building
of it's destination city.. however, whether or not it is
delivered on time is iffy at best. When the trucks
come in, they will be unloaded but with only 15% of
the workers working in the entire building, expect some
delays.. anything medical or perishable will be worked on
first..after that,it's a slow process of getting to it
when they can....
