I think your barking up the wrong tree. Any underware that would do that sounds uncomfortalbl and is unhealthy. No mater what the underware does the clothing over it ruins it. I sugest you look for pants not underware. There is an old fashoin suit that appers some times in the movies (like ones baised on Jane Auston books like Emma) it sowes the jewls off in a very tastfull way. I think any normal breifs or jock would do with the right pants.
