Roger, last night after being on the mirc and
talking with you I finished pumping (my 7th set)
and experienced something I'd never seen before.
I had a friction burn/abrasion on the left side
about two inches from the base. It was reddish
brown and approximately the size of two postage
stamps. It didn't hurt and it was distinctly
different from a blister. I point this out primarily
for the new guys. Goes to show you that a guy can
pump almost daily for 14 months, use excessive
pressure and by a simple mistake learn something
new. The cause: lack of lubricant in that
area and the skin sealing and rubbing against the
plastic. Simple negligence on my part and another
example learning by one's mistakes. Solution: excess
lubricant and don't let your skin dry out.
