My girlfriend has the biggest nipples that I have ever seen in person. They are amost as long, and at least as thick, as the last phalanx of my pinky finger. I love them. If you have seen Farrah Fawcet, then you have an idea about how big my girlfriends nipples are (they may even be bigger than hers). My girlfriend just has big nipples naturally; she certainly doesn't pump them up or anything. Anyway, I have photos, and she wouldn't care if I showed anyone, but they areen't scanned. Anyway, to anybody who is interested, what are the biggest nipples you have ever seen, and are their any methds (like vacuum pumping) that are conducive to making nipples even bigger?
