i too have to jump in here. these forums can be intimidating to the uninitiated.
i think that we probably have a lot of ladies "looking in" either alone or over
another person's (male?) shoulder but see no need to participate. if you have the
time/bandwidth, i'd like to see them given an opportunity and see what happens.
and hopefully, the less constructive participants around here will keep their hands
off while those who are open-minded inclined to learn will indeed benefit from this
added perspective.
