I would suggest to invest in a high quality cylinder right from the start, like the ones you can find if you click on "ordering cylinders" at the top of this forum. You will see that the cylinders have a wide smooth rounded rim that does not cut into the skin. I have tried them all --the cheapies from the adult bookstores, etc. and those are painfull because they don't fit right. Be sure to not purchase one too large. The more base of your penis/testicles that you suck into the cylinder, the more it hurts.
