I agree with you, Karl. My one and only pumping system is a cylinder (thick walled, rounded edges, oval-shaped at the top) that fits onto the hand pump. The round end is 2 1/2" across so little scrotal skin is sucked up in the tube. The oval end widens to 3 1/2", to allow for plenty of cock expansion. One tip on lubricants: I found that the thicker the lube, the less scrotal tissue is pulled up. I use Bag Balm for this reason.
