Hi George. A lot of guys here pump with Vacutech cylinders or other brands made for filling with warm water pumping. I tried a freind's pump out - felt really soothing, and my cock expanded faster that when pumping dry. I have also wrapped a heating pad around my cylinder and turned the pad to medium setting which increased the expansion rate a lot.
