I feel the exact same way Gripper! The forum is not what it was 6 months ago. I've been participating here since last Nov., and this place has taken a definite turn for the worse.
I'm seriously thinking of quitting in joining in, as the fun is diluted with so much bullshit. The Tarzans and Nobodys here are spoiling a great thing.
There is no other site on the web which even comes close to this one - believe me, I have searched!
C'mon back Gilburto and Salinger and a host of other great guys!!
