I have the PES unit (Paradise Electro Stimulations),
and use it with their Sparkler, an electrode
made of rubber that can close to form a ring
and one of their cock units, available in sizes.
I put the cock unit on just behind the head and
the Sparkler snug around my cock AND balls. This
gives a good throb down the shaft. You should
never feel a sparking or heat frm either electrode.
If you do use olive oil and maybe a snugger fit.
Also, I don't think a cock can stay stiff, outside
of an expansion cylinder, while undergoing this
