You also might want to try 'the penis girdle' from Catalog X in Florida. You are to put on the plastic tube over the area that enlarges faster than the other. I had the same problem- think many CUT men do. Tried the 'girdle' over the head and area that you are talking about, and the shaft got thicker quicker, then remove the device to even out the process. Some have claimed using a condom - tried that, for me didn't work.
