I think a lot of it is going to depend on the
jewelry you've in it. If it's a large diameter
ring there could be problems with not having
enough room in the cylinder to get fully pumped,
and no matter the jewelry if the cylinder isn't big
enough you'll find it pressing into your penis
harder and harder the more pressure you use. I
don't know if that will be a problem with a PA, but
it's definately a problem with the frenum pierce I
have, again getting a larger tube would fix that
problem.
Then there's the entire issue of how it'll
affect the pierce itself. Keep in mind you glans
is going to be swelling around the ring passing
through it as you pump, this might have the affect
of slowly over time stretching your pierce so that
you'll require the next gauge size up, etc. I know
with a frenum pierce it's a definate consideration,
the barbell usually passes through, say, a one inch
"tunnel" of flesh, now you're pumping and causing that
area to swell up signifigantly larger, say 2" for
illustration, which means that barbell is *quite*
cramped and going to cause irritation at the exit
and entrance points of the pierce.
All in all you're just going to have to try it
and see what happens, just go slow and keep an eye
on things.
