I am an experienced pumper with a Prince Albert. One very important thing is that your piercing is completely healed before pumping or you will have a hard time healing. Assuming that you are healed, pumping is not a problem. You will feel temporary minor discomfort as the skin within the piercing stretches to accomodate for the swelling of the glans. Just go carefully the first several times so as not to overdo it. You may find that the hole will enlarge with time. For some people that is desirable. The ring moves more easily in the hole or you can move up to the next size ring. For me , the ring does press into the head of my penis when in the pump, but it does not cause a permanent dent. I personally have a 2 guage ring. Pumping has helped loosen it up so it rotates easily and doesn't pinch so much in my jeans. I say go for it!
