No, it doesn,t really interfer after the healing but plan on doing without for 6-8 weeks. this is the healing period. actually my wife loves the way it twists and turns during sex and she really liked the metal in her mouth during the healing period but you have to use a condom during that time.go for the largest guage you can get otherwise you have to be stretched every year if you want to increase the guage. i plan on just repiercing to do this sizing thing.
