From a couple of years of pumping:
You will get a LOT bigger for a few hours.
The first time I did it I freaked out at 1) how
big it was 2) how wierd it looked as the swelling
went down 3) worried it would not go back to a
normal shape 4) how unchanged it was after a day.
I don't really think I am any bigger except for
an hour or two after I pump.
I finally got the courage and pumped before going
to bed with my wife. She reached down to "guide
me in" and her eyes popped wide open, she giggled
and said "holy cow, you really must be horny, its
huge!"
I had fun trying to get it to go in, a real
serious turn on for a guy who is normal size.
