I am similar is size to you (6 1/2 x 5 1/2), and my answer would have to be yes. After I pump for about an hour My dick is at least a 1/2 inch longer and MUCH fatter about 7 inches. It doesn't last forever, but I think it has gotten a little bigger overall. I really like to pump before I go out to a club, It is fun to see the look on what ever girl I might pick ups face when she sees my fat dick. Who cares if it is pumped up, they don't know.
