IMO, a lady should douche at least once a week, if for nothing else than being spotlessly clean.
The close fitting clothes worn today tend to generate good breeding grounds for bacteria.
I don't suggest buying over the counter douches, they are too expensive.
Yes, you have to spend some 8-10 dollars for a home unit, but after that all you need is a pint of warm water and a single shot glass of vinegar.
