yes.... this is the same stuff.... i just compared your list with the one on my bottle...
so... how many a day are you taking again??
as for the water...
probably not as much as i should... though i'm trying... i have one of those 1.5 liter bottles at work which i fill up and
try to finish in a day.... it is tough though... remembering to drink it... also, because of another project (foreskin restoration)
using the man's room is not a QUICK AND EASY thing... so it is tough to balance things.... water intake vs. water release (if you get my drift)..
