I've been pumping for about 9 months with a Joel Kaplan "trigger" style pump. I have been generally pleased with the results. It was a world of improvement over the idiotic squeeze-bulb type. Before I started I was 7 1/4" in length and 6" in girth. Since pumping (three times a week or so) I have increased to 7 1/2". I haven't noticed any increase in girth, though my girlfriend swears by it. (Also, I am in my early twenties, so some increase may be simple natural growth. I don't know whether this is the case, but the pumping certainly is a psychological boost, so what the heck!)
I've been reading about CTC's electric XL 1000 pump, and have looked over the info on CTC's website. From the testimonials and the theory (the whole pulsating/fresh blood thing) it sounds like a quality product. I'm close to plunking down the cash, but then I saw this link, so I figured I might post a query.
Anybody out there used the CTC XL 1000? If so, how does it compare to a standard manual pump? Is it worth my money? Does it really reduce petichia or improve pumping effectiveness?
Any answers are greatly appreciated. It's nice to find a group out here who isn't either prudish and nasty or macho and self-serving.
Later,
Rorschach
