the only cure for discoloration, which is a result of "petichial hemmorhages", or lots of tiny blood vessels bursting near the penile skin, is to lay off for a few weeks. only rest will allow the blood (which is basically like a bruise) to reapsorb.
when you start pumping again, don't go for more than 45 minutes, and don't overdo the vacuum. if you have a hand pump, release the pressure every five minutes or so to let blood drain, then pump it up again with fresh blood. i find this helps me with my hand pump, and lessens any pain from "inflating."
if it turns purple, that's a bad sign. dark pink or red is probably the color to go for. purple means there's no oxygen in there - bad bad bad.
