LOTS of people are unhappt with their bodies, or at least, would be happier if they could do something about it.

Let's go back to the nose thing. Very funny, no? But wait a minute; THOUSANDS and perhaps MILLIONS of people actually do have issues with the size and shape of their noses. Only, the noses in question are generally too big or supposedly misshapen, so these people get their noses reduced in size. Now you tell me; apart from the very few members of that group who have legitimate breathing difficulties, what the hell's the difference between getting your nose enlarged and getting it reduced? I'll tell you: it's perception, period. Why is it that rhinoplasty (nose surgery, usually reduction) is acceptable, but everyone's rolling on the floor laughing at the concept of nose enlargement? I'll tell you again: fashion, style.

Tell you what: I'll accept your tale on vacuum pumping if you can tell me seriously that you do not believe in ANY body modification of any kind. That would include plastic surgery, boob jobs, hair implants, tatoos, piercing (including simple ear piercing) and on and on and on.

The difference here is really that it involves the penis. And finger pointers who get off telling other people how to run their lives have as much a fixation on the penis as any dedicated pumper on this board and off it (I'm not one of them, by the way.) So please wave that disapproving finger elsewhere, or at least stick it up your ass and loosen your assholes up a bit for a change.
