While you might be good with computers - and
downloading - believe it or not - many
people have no idea.
Those who do - they'll download MIRC or an IRC
client.
Sometimes I add what I deem a minor thing to the
site which changes things ever so slightly - and
I start getting complaints that it's too complicated...
That's why it's a big deal now whether something - or
an addition to a site is a "plug-in" - if it requires
the user to download/install and configure to use
it - the majority (not all...) just won't do it.
