We are a group of ladies who have converted the husband on one of the ladies into a female, using pumps on his chest/breast. She went from a 36a to 36 b cup size AND 3 1/2" nipples when NOT aroused. We have used the Mendela breast pump (electric) and for his nipples, we use a "Sawyer's" First Aid Kit which contains a pump called "The Extractor" it has various sized cylinders (for sucking out poison from various bites. It has worked perfectly. It has made her nipples VERY sensitive. Good Luck
