Hello again. The only bad experience I had with customs was worrying about it. My bags were not checked either way. My problem was the one I created in my mind with all the explanations I tried to come up with on the plane both going and returning. Fortunitely our arrival time in Tahiti and returning to the US was about 3:00 am both ways and nobody seemed to care who we were or where we had been. Having a well used passport seems to help as most customs agents recognize a frequent traveler. By the way I will be gone most of January. I'm curious to see if anyone misses me.
