I have been pumping for about 4 years. I started
with a little 5.5". I am now about 7" and much thicker.
It does work and it must be done slowly. At first
I had all the usual problems: darkening, blisters etc.
until I cut back on the vacuum level and went for
longer gentler sessions. I love it and look forward
to each session. My partner loves it too.
